Supurație periferică la diabetic
Peripheric Supuration - Diabetic Patient
(V.I., m., 50 ani / years old)
Clinical Manifestations:
diabetic patient is registered for inflammatory, fluctuente, painfull tumor in the superior 1/3 of the left thigh.
Clinic:
bolnav diabetic, se internează pentru tumoră inflamatorie fluctuentă, dureroasă, în 1/3 superioară a coapsei stângi.
Clinical Exam:
inflammatory erythema of the thigh (A and B); swelling of the thigh diameter (C).
Obiectiv:
eritem inflamator al coapsei (A și B); creșterea diametrului coapsei (C).
It`s can be observed the antalgic position of the affected thigh: flexion of the thigh towards the abdomen.
Se observă poziția antalgică: flectarea coapsei afectate pe abdomen.
Exploratory Puncture:
extracting yelowlly-grey, smelling pus.
Puncția exploratorie:
extrage puroi galben-cenușiu, fetid.
CT Scan:
encysted colection in the lateral musculary mass in the superior 1/3 level of the left thigh.
Tomografia computerizată:
colecție închistată în masa musculară laterală, 1/3 superioară a coapsei stângi.
Operation:
incision, contraincision, evacuation of the pus, curettage of sphaceluses, chemical lavage, open drainage.
Operația:
incizie, contraincizie, evacuarea puroiului, chiuretajul sfacelurilor, lavaj chimic, meșaj.
Final aspect.
Aspect final.
Postoperative Aspect:
after 2 weeks (A) and after 3 weeks (B).
Aspect postoperator:
la 2 săptămâni (A), și respectiv la 3 săptămâni (B).
